Welcome to the Christiana Care Monitoring Program!

At Christiana Care, our extraordinary caregivers are our most important asset. They serve the people of our community with excellence and love. We recognize that while our caregivers take care of their neighbors every day, sometimes our caregivers need help, too.

Christiana Care is committed to the support and rehabilitation of those with a substance use disorder and/or impairment related to a mental health disorder so that they can safely return to work. Caregivers who meet the criteria of Christiana Care’s substance abuse policy will be referred for assistance:
  • Those who are neither licensed nor regulated by Delaware’s Division of Professional Regulation (DPR) will be referred to Uprise Health and the Christiana Care Monitoring Program.
  • Those who are licensed and/or regulated by DPR will be referred to DPR to determine eligibility for the Delaware Professionals’ Health Monitoring Program.

Uprise Health Monitoring will oversee and/or provide the following services for participants who are eligible for the Christiana Care Monitoring Program: enrollment management, coordination of evaluation and referral to the appropriate level of care by a third-party evaluator, compliance monitoring and toxicology testing.

If you are a current participant, you can check in for toxicology testing daily one of three ways:

APP: Download the free app MobileTrek from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). You will need your Program ID (3701), ID number, and PIN.

WEB PORTAL: Click the "Log In" Button above, or navigate directly to www.recoverytrek.com and click on "Participant Log In". You will need your Program ID (3701), User Name, and Password. If you do not have this information, please contact RecoveryTrek at greatsupport@recoverytrek.com.
